In order to gain weight you need to feed your body regularly. And the easiest way is to prepare a feeding schedule that has 3 main meals and 3 light meals. Set yourself the task of eating every 2 and a half hours or every 3 hours. Don't drink calorie-free drinks. This includes coke, coffee and tea. Are you looking for calories or not? Find and buy fat-free or 1 percent fat milk. You want healthy calories, not fat, so choose 1% milk and avoid high-fat milk. Drink fruit juices and water. Choose high-calorie foods. That means potatoes, pasta, rice, corn and beans instead of celery and carrots. This does not mean that you should not eat celery and carrots, but less often. And instead of drinking apple juice or orange juice, prepare banana juice and blueberry juice. Learn to read food labels and choose foods that are higher in calories. Expand your mealtimes.
