For the sponge cake (cake base): 2 eggs, 2 cups of coffee with oil, 2 cups of yogurt, 2 cups of sugar, 2 glasses of water with flour and a teaspoon of soda, Preparation: Put the eggs, oil, sugar and yogurt in a wide bowl and stir well, then add the flour and baking soda, stirring constantly, put it in a round, deep pan after you have greased it, bake it in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes, after it has been baked and cooled, cut it into 3 slices of equal thickness, prepare the cream and paneer and cut the walnuts into small pieces, you can make the fruit as you like with strawberries, or peaches with plums with cherries etc...etc.. with whatever you like, make small pieces and put them in 2 layers, take a round plate and put the first layer of sponge cake, if you want you can sprinkle it a little with dessert drink then put it a layer of whipped cream and the fruits and nuts spread over the entire surface, then put the next layer of sponge cake, cream, fruit and nuts, put the last layer of sponge cake and cover everything with whipped cream on the sides, put a part of the sponge cake in a kitchen bag for r decoration and you can decorate it as you wish, I chose this decoration because I liked it, but you can also decorate it with fresh fruit instead of flowers, I used cake colors to color the decoration panel.
